• Morgans names 3 ASX shares to buy now

A man holding a cup of coffee puts his thumb up and smiles with a laptop open.

The team at Morgans has been busy running the rule over a number of ASX shares.

Three that have fared well and been given buy ratings are listed below. Here’s why the broker is bullish on them:

    ARB Corporation Ltd (ASX: ARB)

Morgans was a touch disappointed with this 4×4 parts manufacturer’s performance during the first quarter.

However, it remains positive on the future and has retained its buy rating with a $25.90 price target. This implies potential upside of over 50% for investors.

    Commenting on ARB, Morgans said:

ARB’s 1Q27 update was disappointing: sales -6.1% (1Q26 +3.8%) as Aftermarket and Export weakness (single-digit declines) outweighed strong OEM growth. Positively, PBT grew despite weaker sales amid steady gross margins (FX-driven). While a softer Aftermarket result was largely expected (ARB’s core vehicle volumes -16% in 1Q27), Export was a negative surprise, as slower US OEM sales, softer UK vehicle volumes and weak NZ demand offset growth in the US Aftermarket, Africa, Europe and SE Asia.

Positively, new OEM contract wins and early indications of recovering OEM sales support the division’s outlook. Despite softer near-term sales, resilient margins should continue to underpin the earnings base, with improving vehicle supply and various network and growth initiatives driving the earnings recovery. BUY maintained, A$25.90ps target price.

Navigator Global Investments Ltd (ASX: NGI)

The broker highlights that this global investment company delivered a mixed quarter.

Nevertheless, it remains positive and has retained its buy rating and $3.04 price target. This suggests that the ASX share could rise around 46% from current levels.

    The broker commented:

NGI has released its September 2026 (1Q27) AUM update. We saw this as a bit of a mixed quarter. Group ownership-adjusted AUM rose +9% (or a solid ~+3% excluding Stable Growth), led by the NGI Strategic Portfolio (+9%).

However, Lighthouse was softer, with net flows slowing to +US$280m (4Q26: +US$690m), being mostly into lower-margin managed accounts, and largely offset by negative performance (-US$240m). We make no changes to our forecasts or our A$3.04 price target. With >20% upside remaining to our PT, we maintain our BUY recommendation.

    Netwealth Group Ltd (ASX: NWL)

A third ASX share that has been given the thumbs up from Morgans is investment platform provider Netwealth.

Once again, although Netwealth’s quarterly performance fell short of expectations, Morgans still sees plenty of value in its shares.

As a result, it has retained its buy rating with a $22.90 price target. It said:

NWL’s 1Q27 net flows of A$2.6bn were below VA consensus (A$3.5bn), with elevated gross outflows persisting (incl. two institutional client exits totalling A$0.6bn). Group FUA grew +2.5% QoQ to a record A$139.2bn, ~1.3% shy of VA consensus (A$141.0bn), with markets a slight +A$0.8bn tailwind. FY27 net flows guidance was lowered to A$17-19bn, with NWL flagging budget impacts & market volatility as current headwinds to adviser/investor behaviour.

We trim our FY27-29F NPAT forecasts by -5-6% reflecting a modest miss vs MorgF, and the addition of Paradino into MorgansF. NWL is trading on a FY27 P/E of ~30x (a -35% discount to its 5yr avg). Our BUY rating is retained with a PT of A$22.90/sh.

  • Telix Pharmaceuticals Q3 2026 earnings: revenue up, pipeline advances

    Happy doctor using her laptop.

The Telix Pharmaceuticals Ltd (ASX: TLX) share price is in focus today following the company’s Q3 2026 results, which saw group revenue grow 19% year on year to US$245 million, with Precision Medicine revenue jumping 30% to US$201 million.

    What did Telix Pharmaceuticals report?

    • Group revenue rose 19% versus Q3 2025 to US$245 million.
    • Precision Medicine revenue increased 30% to US$201 million, driven by Illuccix and Gozellix.
    • FDA approved Pixclara for glioma imaging; first U.S. commercial doses administered in September 2026.
    • BiPASS Phase 3 prostate cancer study completed enrolment; FDA granted Fast Track Designation.
    • Merger with Isotope Technologies Munich SE (ITM) announced, boosting therapeutics pipeline and isotope supply.
    • FY 2026 revenue and other income expected to exceed US$1 billion.

What else do investors need to know?

Telix continues to expand its product pipeline, advancing multiple late-stage trials in prostate, brain, and kidney cancer. The company said U.S. dose volumes for its key commercial products rose slightly despite seasonal impacts, with September sales underpinning confidence in further annual growth.

Telix has also strengthened its manufacturing and supply capabilities. Through its Telix Manufacturing Solutions unit, the company expanded its U.S. micro-pharmacy network and secured more contracts for its isotope production technology. Its collaboration with Ekalia is expected to secure priority isotope access for new alpha therapy products.

On the corporate front, shareholders will vote in December on the ITM merger, a US$1.65 billion deal designed to create a vertically integrated leader in radiopharmaceuticals. The board welcomed David Gill as Chair and Marcin Firek as Company Secretary, further bolstering the company’s governance and leadership credentials.

What did Telix Pharmaceuticals management say?

Dr. Christian Behrenbruch, Managing Director and Group CEO, commented:

Demand for both Gozellix and Illuccix remained strong during the quarter, with U.S. dose volumes increasing 1% quarter-over-quarter, in line with our expectations and reflecting expected summer seasonality. We are pleased by the strong September exit run rate, supporting our confidence in delivering over 25% Precision Medicine revenue growth in 2026. We achieved an important milestone with the FDA approval of Pixclara, expanding our commercial portfolio, establishing a presence in neuro-oncology and further diversifying our revenue base. During the quarter, we announced a transformative merger with ITM, creating a leading vertically integrated radiopharmaceutical company with one of the industry’s broadest therapeutic pipelines and expanded isotope production and global manufacturing capabilities. This is aligned with our long-term growth strategy reinforcing our ability to reliably serve patients at scale.

    What’s next for Telix Pharmaceuticals?

Looking ahead, Telix expects FY 2026 revenue and other income to exceed US$1 billion, thanks to continued growth in its Precision Medicine business and increased commercial momentum from newly approved products. Revenue guidance factors in anticipated sales from Pixclara, a full-year contribution from RLS, and growth in key markets.

R&D spending guidance for the year was narrowed to US$240–260 million. The company’s development pipeline remains active, with trial results and regulatory milestones upcoming across its oncology portfolio, including a planned FDA resubmission for Zircaix and an expansion of Pixclara’s label. Integration planning for the ITM merger is also underway, aiming to boost Telix’s competitive position in targeted therapies.

    Telix Pharmaceuticals share price snapshot

Over the past 12 months, Telix shares have declined 7%, trailing the S&P/ASX 200 Index (ASX: XJO), which has declined 3% over the same period.

  • Get paid huge amounts of cash to own these ASX dividend shares

Man holding Australian dollar notes, symbolising dividends.

ASX dividend shares with large dividend yields can pay huge levels of passive income into our bank accounts.

There’s a lot to like about international share market investments such as iShares S&P 500 AUD ETF (ASX: IVV). However, with a dividend yield of around 1%, it’s not a compelling contender for cash payments.

Thankfully, on the ASX there are a number of impressive candidates with huge dividend yields. Despite higher interest rates this year, the following two stocks are expected to provide reliable payments for FY27.

Universal Store Holdings Ltd (ASX: UNI)

This ASX dividend share owns a portfolio of premium youth fashion brands.

Its businesses are Universal Store, Perfect Stranger and CTC (trading as the THRILLS and Worship brands). At the latest count, the company had 123 physical stores in Australia.

Despite generally tougher retail conditions, the company was able to increase group sales by 12.9% in FY26 thanks to 11.5% growth in sales for Universal Store to $313.3 million and Perfect Stranger sales growth of 40.8% to $35.9 million.

The company added five new Universal Store locations during FY26 to reach 88, as well as seven new Perfect Stranger stores to reach 26. It has aspirations to reach 100 or more Universal Store locations and a goal of 60 Perfect Stranger stores.

Universal Store’s profit margins are increasing, demonstrating operating leverage, enabling its profit lines to grow faster than revenue. The FY26 gross profit margin increased 140 basis points to 62.5%, while the underlying net profit grew 16.3% to $40.5 million.

The ASX dividend share hiked its FY26 payout by 11.7% to 43 cents per share. The projection on Commsec suggests the business could slightly increase its payout to 45 cents per share in FY27.

If that projection becomes reality, it’d be a grossed-up dividend yield of 8%, including franking credits, at the time of writing.

Charter Hall Long WALE REIT (ASX: CLW)

The other ASX dividend share I want to highlight is the real estate investment trust (REIT) Charter Hall Long WALE REIT, which owns a diversified portfolio of commercial properties across Australia.

One of the best things about the business is that it has long rental contracts with the REIT. The business currently has a weighted average lease expiry (WALE) of around nine years, which means it already has significant rental income locked in for the next decade.

Depending on the specific lease agreement, rental income is growing either in line with inflation or by a fixed rate. I think that’s a key factor in helping support the distribution in FY27. In the coming years, I expect passive income growth to return.

The business expects to pay an annual distribution of 25.5 cents per security in FY27, the same as FY26. That equals a distribution yield of 7.8%.

With a portfolio across service stations, hotels, industrial properties, government-related buildings, food manufacturing and so on, I think it has effectively diversified the risks of being too exposed to one sector.

It seems to be trading at a significant discount to its underlying net tangible assets (NTA). Therefore, I think it’s a good time to invest while the market is negative on REITs.
